GARI
Gari is a kind of thin and white semolina which is made from cassava roots.
The manufacture of Gari is made up of various long and tedious steps especially when it’s made the traditional way. You peel and wash the cassava, then follow the steps of pressing and fermentation of the pulp, eventually, it’s screened and the final step is the cooking, also called “garification “.
